Into The Waves – a Piscean Retreat! 2/28/21 3:30-9pm

Into the Waves is a multi-sensory, experiential learning retreat to awaken your intuition, imagination, and attunement to symbol. Inspired by the qualities of the astrological sign of Pisces, Into the Waves is an invitation to explore the part of you that is The Dreamer, The Mystic, & The Old Soul.

Into the Waves is a re-imagining of a multi-week local course co-created last year by astrologer and teacher (and multi-Pisces) @brittenlarue, artist-designer @bygeorgepartners, & meditation coach/ dream tending specialist (and Pisces Sun) @shon.mondragon. This year, Britten, Angela, & Shon are joined by master host @lesimplesol and sound bath & meditation artist (and multi-Pisces) @lauren.margolies to facilitate this experience with their unique gifts.

The primary goal of the retreat is to provide a space away from the routine of life. Pisces represents what Overculture calls “useless” or “unproductive” time: daydreaming, zoning out, stream-of-consciousness writing, deep listening, flights of imagination, art-making, and altered states of consciousness. At Into the Waves, we will be offering you a chance to not only think about your connection to these themes intellectually, but to actually go there somatically.

You will receive:

– an opening meditation and call to group

– a discussion of Pisces themes: intuition, attunement, symbol, dream worlds, imagination, compassion, and melancholy

– a small-group rotation with Shon to learn about dream symbolism

– a small-group rotation with Britten to attune to Pisces more deeply

– a small-group rotation with Angela to learn how to make your own suminagashi water paint scarf, which will take home after the event

– a full-group sound bath meditation with Lauren 

– a beautiful light dinner

– a gorgeously tended space to support your retreat experience

– a copy of the fully-revised Living the Signs: Pisces workbook
