October Women’s Gathering

Take time out from the busyness of life, and connect with other women through meditation. This particular class we will focus on our sleep habits, and how to cultivate better sleep. I will guide a brief Yoga Nidra, which is a yogic sleep, that is incredibly restful and nourishing for the nervous system and body. We will discuss current events and have a chance to share. This event will take place at The Dallas Yoga Center at 3pm. You don’t want to miss this!!!
